    How does it work

    You will be informed daily via the portal of the client's application progress. This will present opportunities to forge a relationship with your client through a difficult time. By your encouragement to resolve their problems and through regular contact, you will reduce the possibility of the client failing to respond. However, should the client decide to manage their debt problems themselves, this contact offers a useful opportunity for repeat business in the future.
